The house has two shared kitchens for use by all tenants. Both kitchens have a full sized electric fan oven, 4 ring electric hob, washing machine and sink.
The house also has a house Henry hoover for cleaning your studio room, a large shared garden at the rear of the property and bike racks for storing push bikes at the front of the property.
The Studio Room: Studio #3 (WITH SHARED BATHROOM) is furnished with a double bed and mattress, bedside table and bedside light, clothes storage, artwork and blackout blinds. The room has a small kitchenette with a kitchen sink, fridge with freezer shelf and microwave oven and a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools for dining or working. The studio room shares a bathroom with one other working professional. The shared bathroom is cleaned every two weeks by our professional cleaner. The room is £575 per month and is available now.
The Bills: Your rent covers the cost of all bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax, tv license etc) and includes Virgin unlimited superfast fibre broadband. There's a a professional cleaner for the communal areas every two weeks and a gardener on an ad hoc basis. The property has Hive installed to keep the house at the perfect temperature all year round. In short, everything is taken care of!
The Tenants: We only accept professional, tidy and respectful tenants. Unfortunately we do not accept DSS.
The Landlords: A family-run business, we don't use letting agents and manage the property ourselves, so there are no hidden charges and we are available personally for our tenants if there are any issues. We ask for 1 months rent upfront and 1 months rent as a deposit, which is registered with the government. There are no other charges.
