Restaurants, bars, shopping, gyms and the cinema are all on your doorstep. The house is also under 10 minutes walk to Southend Central station and under 15 minutes walk to Southend Victoria station.
The House: The entire house has been newly re-developed and offers 6 fully furnished and all-inclusive en suite studio rooms / 1 bedroom flats.
The house has two shared kitchens for use by all tenants. Both kitchens have a full sized electric fan oven, 4 ring electric hob, dishwasher and sink. They also have breakfast bar and stools for dining at.
The house has a separate utility room with two washing machines and a tumble drier. It also contains a house Henry hoover for cleaning your studio room / flat when required.
The house has a large shared garden at the rear of the property and bike racks for storing push bikes. There is also a large driveway for parking up to 3 cars at a time.
The Studio Room: All studio rooms are unique in terms of their size, layout and furnishing.
They all have their own en-suite bathroom. They also have a small kitchenette with a kitchen sink, fridge with freezer shelf, microwave oven and kettle. As well as having a breakfast bar / desk with bar stools / chair for dining / working.
They are fully furnished with a double bed and mattress, bedside table and bedside light, wardrobe / chest of drawers, artwork and blackout curtains OR blinds.
Studio Room 2 is located on the ground floor with views to the rear. It is £675 per month all inclusive and available from 1st February (see photos and captions).
Studio Room 1 is located on the ground floor with views to the front. It is £750 per month all inclusive and available from 1st March (see photos and captions).

The Bills: Your rent covers the cost of all bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax, tv license etc) and includes Virgin unlimited superfast fibre broadband - 350 MB/s. There's a a professional cleaner for the communal areas every two weeks and a gardener on an ad hoc basis. The property has Hive installed to keep the house at the perfect temperature all year round. In short, everything is taken care of!
The Tenants: We only accept professional, tidy and respectful tenants. All 6 rooms are single occupancy, which means a maximum of 6 people will occupy the house at any one time.
The Landlords: A family-run business. We ask for 1 months rent upfront and 1 months rent as a deposit, which is registered with the government. There are no other charges.
