The Location: 5 minutes walk from the high street and under 10 minutes walk to Southend Central station, this wonderful house offers the benefit of a quiet street with easy access to amenities. Restaurants, bars, cinema, shopping, the gym are all on your doorstep.

The House: This spacious, high-quality home offers 5 large bedrooms, some with en-suite facilities and some with shared bathrooms. The modern kitchen has high quality appliances (2 ovens and hobs 2 large fridge freezers, a washing machine, microwave and kettle), as well as plenty of storage. The kitchen/diner has a scandi-style dining table and chairs, an armchair, plus with tasteful artwork throughout. The house has two large modern bathrooms (shared between 4 people, so 2 people per bathroom). There is also a sunny garden that's well-maintained by our gardener.


The Double Rooms: Room #2 is situated on the ground floor with views onto the garden. Room #4 is situated on the first floor with views onto the garden. The rooms are furnished with a double bed and mattress, bedside table and side light, wardrobe, wall mounted desk and stool, tasteful artwork and blackout curtains. The room shares two communal bathrooms with 3 other housemates, so 1 bathroom between 2 housemates. Both rooms cost £500 per month including all bills.

The Bills: Your rent covers the cost of all bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax, tv license) and includes unlimited fibre broadband. We also provide a cleaner for the communal areas every two weeks as part of the rent. The property has Hive installed to keep the house at the perfect temperature all year round. In short, everything is taken care of!

The Tenants: We preferably accept professional, tidy and respectful tenants.

The Landlord: A family-run business, we don't use letting agents and manage the property ourselves, so we are available personally for our tenants if there are any issues and there are no hidden charges. We ask for 1 months’ rent upfront and 1 months’ rent as a deposit, which is registered with the government. We ensure all our properties are safe, secure and well-maintained.
