I have for rent a double room which is located within a 2 minute walk to the Southend Pier, right opposite the Royals Shopping Mall, and just a 5 minute walk to the Southend Central Station. You can get into London in less than 50 minutes (Fenchurch Street) and there is a second station, Southend Victoria which is approximately a 12 minute walk (towards Stratford/Liverpool Street). The room is also suitable for a student studying at the Management Campus at Essex University which is just around the corner as well. You will also find Tesco Direct, Iceland, M&S Food, and Sainsbury's within walking distance.

All bills are included (electricity, water, fibre optic broadband, council tax, Netflix UHD, Spotify access via Amazon Alexa). The room will be offered furnished with the following:

1 Eve Double Mattress
1 Wardrobe
1 Chest of Drawers (Not in pics!)
LifX Colour 1000 Light bulb in Room.
Bedding and Kitchen utensils provided.
2 x bedside tables (not in pics!)
To be added: 2 x bedside lamps

The flat is a new conversion. I am looking for someone friendly, clean, easy going. I would like to try and keep the flat clean, so it must be someone who is happy to clean after his/her mess and keep the room hoovered and clean as appropriate.
