The house offers a double, non smoking room which is located very close to town and a range of local amenities. There is a supermarket just across the road, and a range of restaurants, bars, shops etc, The room itself has been recently refurbished and has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, mirror, curtains and bedding. Viewing is advised to appreciate the quality of the accommodation available.  There are just two of us in the house, and we like to keep our own rooms and communal areas clean and tidy.

All bills are included (gas/electricity/water/council tax), as well as high speed Virgin broadband, and laundry facilities. There is a modern kitchen with shared facilities, as well as a separate dining area. The bathroom is also modern, and there is a separate toilet downstairs. The garden is laid to lawn with side borders, with areas for sunbathing.

The property has a drive for three cars and side entrance. The location of this property works well for commuters as Southend Victoria is less than a 3 minute walk away, as are the bus stops going in various directions . Southend Airport is a short drive away or only a few minutes walk to Southend Victoria train station and a few minutes on the train. Easily reachable are the cliffs for a stroll, as well as beach walks, all within easy walking distance. Priory Park is approximately 10 minute walk away.
Would suit a worker/professional, and is ideal for commuting.

About us: Our house is homely and sociable, yet also quiet during the night hours, and clean/tidy.
