Character Victorian building on the corner of Cromwell Road and Fitzhugh Place, which is generally a quiet and convenient location.
The kitchen/diner includes a cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher with other items available on request, depending on what we have in stock.
A separate laundry room comes with a washing machine and tumble drier.
The bathroom contains a sink and bath with shower; the toilet is separate
The bedroom will happily accommodate a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe with spare hanging space available in  corridor cupboards.
The large well lit lounge has windows both south and west opening onto Cromwell Road and Fitzhugh Place respectively.
We welcome couples, and while we have no objection to guests, we would not want the lounge used as a permanent bedroom.
The property is also non-smoking and unfortunately furry pets cannot be accepted.

Since the last Energy Certificate was applied for in 2014 cavity wall insulation has been installed, the boiler replaced with a more efficient one and other measures taken to help improve the heat efficiency of the flat, following the recommendations of that survey, if the predictions of that document are correct, this should bring it up to a C rating.
