Lovely double bedroom with private ensuite bathroom in our family home. The room comes fully furnished with wardrobe, Roku TV (with Netflix & Youtube) and all essentials. You'll have access to a kitchen, and lovely garden. 12ft x 7ft

LOCATION & TRANSPORT:
Located in peaceful South Croydon, just 10-15 minutes by car (or short bus ride) to South Croydon station with excellent links to Central London and Gatwick Airport. Local shops, restaurants and amenities all nearby.

ABOUT US:
We're a quiet, friendly family of three (two males, one female) who enjoy a peaceful home environment. We occasionally cook in the evenings and have family visit weekly, including children. We're respectful of each other's space and like to maintain a clean, comfortable home.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We'd love to welcome someone who is respectful, clean, and considerate. You don't need to socialise with us (although you're always welcome to!), but we do appreciate housemates who are hygienic, look after themselves, and help maintain our peaceful atmosphere. Ideally looking for a working professional aged 25-45.
