The house is located in a residential street close to the A45 Coventry Road. There's a large Tesco just 5 minutes' walk away, and also nearby are other local shopping facilities, pubs, restaurants and takeaways, as well as numerous bus routes.

(Room 3 has an extra drawer in the wardrobe instead of a bedside chest of drawers.) If you need plenty of space to store all your stuff then you'll find that the rooms offer a lot more storage than most!
Most tenants bring their own duvet, pillows and bed linen, but the landlords can offer a bedding package as an extra if required. There is a south-facing back garden for socialising or relaxing, and off-road parking for 4 cars plus additional on-road parking at the front of the house.
You will be sharing the house with other professional tenants who are sociable but not party animals; if you want to live in party central then you should look elsewhere, but if you want somewhere you can relax in peace after a day's (or night's) work then it might be just the place you're looking for.
Minimum duration of tenancy is 6 months.
