HobsMoat house is suitable for working professionals who are working in the surrounding areas of Solihull and NEC. We allow TWO people per room which makes this an IDEAL DEAL suitable for couples,colleagues and friends who are looking for a room with bargain. Suitable for professional working in JLR, National Grid, Npower, TSB, Fujitsu Siemens, NEC, Airport, Genting Arena, Solihull hospital, Heartlands and Solihull college.  

Each room has zip and link twin beds which can be joined to make a king size bed, a wardrobe with mirror and chest of drawers, bedside cabinet,and blackout blind. It also has PRIVATE SHOWER ROOM, fridge-freezer, kettle and hair-dryer. All the rooms have fire doors for additional safety. All rooms come with a smart TV.

It also has shared lounge with TV, free Wi-Fi, Virgin high speed broadband. We have TWO fully-equipped communal kitchens for cooking meals. It also has plenty of free parking in the front and back of the property which is on first come,first served basis.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property and all the occupants live harmoniously and maintain cleanliness of the property and co-operate with one another in respectful and decent manner.
