We have a furnished large double bedroom available, in a warm and friendly four bedroom duplex flat located on Hobs Moat Road, Solihull. The flat has been recently refurbished, and the quality is to an exceptional high standard.
The flat is located above a shop, and it is conveniently situated within walking distance to Jaguar LandRover, with very easy access to Birmingham Airport, Birmingham International Train Station, Birmingham City Centre, National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Solihull Hospital, J5 M42 leading to M40, M6, M5 motorways, National Grid, Npower, Fujitsu Siemens, Blythe Valley business park, Solihull station, Olton station.
Local amenities are all within less than 5 minutes walking distance, and include a supermarket, gym, Post Office, cash point, petrol station, all types of takeaway shops, pubs & restaurants, off licence, medical services, etc. Also regular public transport is widely available, and there is a bus stop right in front of the flat. There's also a taxi rank nearby.

  communal access to :
-the spacious, fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washer-dryer, induction hob, integrated oven, fridge-freezer, and all the cooking accessories, pots and pans, etc);
- dining room;
-bathroom (with electric shower above the bath, as well as shower off the boiler),
- downstairs shower room & WC ,

  and is inclusive of all the bills (electricity, water, gas, council tax, fibre optic internet and TV licence).

This means you don't have to worry about paying any extras, it is all inclusive. Just bring yourself, your clothes and bedding.

For your extra convenience, we can supply the bedding for a minimal fee.
We are very flexible about the duration of the contract, to suit your circumstances.
