I have a very clean and tidy property consisting of 5 studio apartments which I rent out to staff often from Heartlands Hospital.

The property is 1.2 miles away from the hospital with shops, Post Office, bus stops close by.

I rent the units with all bills included - gas, water, electricity, Council Tax, and TV licence.

This is a professional and friendly house so we are seeking someone with similar standards to join.

Rooms vary in price according to size.

A months rent and months Security Deposit is required to move in.
