Room in a Shared House, Layburn Crescent, SL3

We have a double room currently available for single occupancy let. The room is clean and of a good size, and the shared areas (consisting of lounge, dining room, kitchen and a paved back garden that's handy for smokers) are furnished and shared by everyone. There is free parking on and off street and a garage which provides storage and a home for the washing machine.

It's in a non-smoking four-bed house where the existing tenants are three mature professionals - two males and a female - two who live at the house permanently and one 'commuter'. Whilst close to the A4 and M4 for access to the airport and the M25, the house itself is in a fairly quiet cul-de-sac away from busy traffic.

The available room is furnished with a double bed, a night stand, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV socket and radiator. We would also consider part or unfurnished. It's not en suite, but there is a bathroom with a big bath and an over bath shower upstairs, and a separate shower room with wc, on the ground floor.

The other housemates work shifts and need peace and quiet during the daytime, so any new tenant should be mindful of this.
