We have a new build house coming available soon, all the rooms have private ensuites and kitchennettes and small fridge freezers.

The house is currently being fully refurbished to a very high quality and the works will be complete by 30th January 2022.

Each of the bedrooms have a double bed with storage, Orthopaedic mattress, chest of drawers, a bed side table, a custom made built in cupboard with 2 rails for hanging clothes and lots of shelf space. All bedroom doors have fire doors with smoke alarms in all rooms.

The bathrooms have power showers, mirror cabinets for storage and all quality fittings.

I am a fully accredited Landlord and we endeavour to fixing maintenance issues quickly and in a timely manner.

There is NO admin fees & NO FEES for referencing, check-in & check-out.

We will start viewings from 30th January but please register your interest with us via openrent message or call/text and we will confirm start date of viewings.
