THE PROPERTY

This property is a beautiful, bright, spacious and outstandingly well-finished 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, semi-detached family home in a great, well-connected yet green and leafy location.

It’s also close to several beautiful parks, including the Glades which is home to local wildlife. These parks and the residential streets in the neighbourhood make a great running or cycling route (more useful than ever at the moment!). The high street is just around the corner (around 20 minutes’ walk, or a short bus ride) with a wide range of shops, and lots of lovely local cafes, pubs/bars and restaurants.

There are several excellent schools within catchment, including Chatsworth Infant School, Burnt Oak Junior School, Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar School (this is immediately behind the property - 2-3 minutes’ walk) Beths Grammar School, and Townley Grammar School.

7 minutes (walking) to Sidcup Station (Zone 5), with regular services towards London ending at London Bridge, Cannon Street and Charing Cross, as well as regular services away from London ending at Dartford and Gravesend.

THE TENANTS

This property has been the landlords’ long-term family home up until quite recently, and has only been let to families since then. For that reason, we are looking for a family of no more than 5. No students and no multiple-occupancy arrangements. Pets will be considered for a slightly increased rental amount, subject to the individual tenant, pet-type and pet themselves. The main priority is for us to find a like-minded couple or family who want to make this house their home, hopefully stay long-term, and really look after it, treating it as their own. We are willing to be reasonably flexible around this main priority.
