Parking: As above, large garage with space for storage and a single car. If tenant owns two cars, may need to consider alternative parking arrangements. Parking is tight on the complex with no visitor or overflow parking on site. There are spaces up for rent from some of the other properties advertised locally or spaces for rent in town through various websites. The property management company prefer individuals not to park in front of their own garages. Although for short periods of time it has usually been fine and not an issue.

Fridge/Freezer: Integrated appliances, as a result the fridge freezer is small, when I lived there I had a tower fridge freezer in addition. There is ample space and electrical outlets in the garage for a chest freezer as alternative place, if not wanting to use up space in the kitchen.
