All rooms are fully furnished and spacious with ample storage, deluxe double bed, and high-quality carpets. A desk with chair, drawers, wardrobes, chest, wall mounted tv are all included in the room. All of the rooms are presented to a high-standard.

The heart of this house is the communal kitchen/diner with a sofa, dining table, wall mounted tv, bookshelf and a games unit where housemates regularly get together to eat, drink and chill out after work and at weekends. The kitchen has ample cupboard space, two large fridge / freezers and a dishwasher. All kitchen items are provided. There is outdoor garden space with furniture for housemates to use in the summer months. The house is occupied by 6 professional tenants, and all get on really well. The current mix is 2 males, 3 females with an age range from 20 to 35. 

The spacious house is a 5-minute drive to J11 of the M4 and a circa 15-minute drive into Reading town centre. Two allocated parking spaces are available for tenants and free ample on-street parking is available. Bus stops within a minutes walk to catch regular services into town. There are local shops, pubs, gyms, and restaurants nearby within walking distance, a short bus ride or drive away.

The rent is inclusive of all utility bills, council tax, super fast broadband, and maintenance. Washing, drying and ironing facilities are available in the separate laundry room. The landlord provides fortnightly communal cleaning and gardening in the summer months.
