PARKING There is a free off street parking on the side of building depending on availability. There is always parking in the nearby Midvale Avenue housing estate which is a 2 minutes to the flat.  

There are strict rules that we do not allow any loud music at any time , just normal television level is acceptable, and there is a strict no drugs at the building. We find that these sensible simple rules make the environment more pleasant and respectful.
