ALL BILLS INCLUSIVE ie. water, electricity, gas, council tax bills and high speed internet virgin media broadband. Comfortable indoor temperature throughout the day. White goods oven, hobs, microwave, bed are provided. There is a shared washing machine and dryers at ground floor of each block.
It is a 12 metre square area. Please bear that in mind before arranging for viewing.
REQUIREMENT Proof of identity and income required.
LOCATION
Infirmary Road S6, located 200m from Infirmary Road Supertram stop and almost immediately opposite the 24 hours Tesco Supermarket. Infirmary Road also benefits from various bus links. There is free on-street parking. Close by amenities include Aldi, GP, post office, dental all within walking distance. The flat is 15 mins walk to the north of Sheffield city centre.
PARKING There is a free off street parking on the side of building depending on availability. There is always parking in the nearby Midvale Avenue housing estate which is a 2 minutes to the flat.
SERVICE
There is a caretaker who looks after all maintenance issues and anything that he can not resolve himself, then he will contact one of our assigned contractors who will resolve the problem with the minimum of delay.There are strict rules that we do not allow any loud music at any time , just normal television level is acceptable , we do not allow residents to have guests back where there is alcohol involved as this could lead to unnecessary disturbance to neighbours.
We find that these sensible simple rules make the environment more pleasant and respectful.
Sorry the flat would not be suitable for children and there are no pets allowed.
