I paid £350 as deposit for booking this room for nextacademic year ( from September ), so you have a chance to stay in this room fornext year without struggling with moving.

Thehouse is located a few minutes by walk from Hallam University and SheffieldUniversity, in a quiet area, very close to city centre, Sainsbury’s, Tesco,train station and Ozmen. It is on flat 313, Hannah Court, Matilda Street (PostCode: S1 4RE), fully furnished, double-sized beds, and a large and reallybeautiful lobby, with a nice garden! This building is new and I was the firstperson rented it.  

Youcan rent it for short period of time.
