Small double room available for £300 month (including bills) in a 4 bedroom house. 1 female, 1 male and 1 indoor cat.

£300 per month for small double bed, wall shelf with rack, dresser drawer. Next to bathroom with standing shower. The photos of the room for £300 per month, the tv and sofa aren’t in the room anymore. Both rooms have a skylight window. Smaller room is not facing the street so it is very quiet and in a newly built area with plenty of buses around. Walking distance to ASDA, or cooperative.

Rent includes all bills water, heating, gas, electric, WiFi/Internet. Gated driveway to park two cars so new tenant(s) can have a car parked in the private driveway or street parking is available in front of the house. Current tenants are fairly laid back we feel like we all have our own space and Occasionally have guest in the spare room. Current tenant in large double has very young children visit a couple of times a week but usually go to sleep by 10 pm. ;-) Both rooms are on the 2nd floor next to the bathroom. There is another bathroom on the first floor and a 3rd toilet downstairs. Second floor bathroom has a standing shower. First floor has a tub. No DSS accepted because your benefits aren’t guaranteed with a live in landlord. There’s 4 room.

House is in Parsons cross. 3.1 miles from Sheffield City Centre and 15 minutes away from Meadowhall (2.8 miles). The house is located 5 minutes drive from northern general hospital or 15-20 min walk, 20-35 mins drive from Sheffield city centre depending on traffic.

There is central heating throughout the house, hot and cold water in all bathrooms. There are three floors in this four bedroom house. There’s a bathroom on each floor, so in total there are 3 toilets in this house. Next to the rooms is a bathroom with a standing shower and toilet, good shower pressure. There is a (nearly 3 year old) indoor cat (long fur, so not great for anyone with allergies or asthma) she is friendly and never goes outside, so it is important to not let her out by accident. :-) there is high speed internet/WiFi and a virgin basic package of 150 channels plus sky movie channels and a T1 recording box that has boxsets tv shows and movies and you can record 500 hours of tv from TV. There’s a sofa, coffee table and dining table in the kitchen and the kitchen is a good size with cupboards to store things it has a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, small-ish fridge, freezer, washing machine/dryer in one. Patio and garden area outside. The WiFi, water, heating, electricity bills are included in rent..

4 bedroom house in a newly built area. Parking available, driveway and private gated parking. Kitchen, living area downstairs. Currently 2 working professionals working in city centre, a direct bus ride to the city. This room is clean, quiet next to a full bathroom with a standing shower. Downstairs there’s a second bathroom with a bathtub, and a downstairs toilet next to living room and kitchen. Rent includes the bills (heating, water, electricity)You will get a nice quiet clean room. Plus 2 housemates you can chill/talk to whenever you need, so could be fun!
