It's only a 3 minute walk to Collegiate Crescent campus and approximately 15 minute walk (or a short bus ride) to the city campus. This student house has five spacious bedrooms which are tastefully & neutrally decorated with laminate floors, Ikea furniture & double beds.

The large, modern kitchen has a large fridge, 2 freezers, washing machine, dish washer, cooker & microwave. It also has a table and chairs for you to enjoy your meals together at.
