I'm looking for either a professional or a post graduate to move into this lovely 4 bedroom terrace house with me and my lovely Husky Akita Simba.

It is £540 all inclusive, which is roughly half of all rent and bills, however you will be getting both attic rooms, which would give you plenty of space.

Just to give a bit more context and transparency, I've been given permission in my contract to sublet the property through my landlord, so whoever does move in, would be under my own contract, which would be initially 6 months. Furnishings can also be provided, if required.

Apart from that, I'm really easy going and in all honesty I'm always out of the house doing various activities, so you'd be getting a nice big house with lots of space, a lovely garden with BBQ facilities and most of all a big fluffy dog!
