3 Bed Terraced House, Daniel Hill, S6

Classic Sheffield 3-double bedroom terraced house.  We have enjoyed 4 years in lovely Sheffield but are now moving away for work so need to rent out this home to some lovely careful people. Ideally people who would enjoy a bit of gardening and don't have pets.  A brief description: Front door leads directly into the cosy sitting room. The sitting room has varnished original floorboards, a bay window, TV, coffee table and two sofas. The kitchen is L-shaped with a good size dining table and chairs plus a welsh dresser. The kitchen area has the usual; gas cooker, washing machine, larder fridge and separate tall freezer. The kitchen leads to a small but well maintained garden with a small shed which has no access across it from other houses. The kitchen also leads down to a useful cellar space. The stairs lead up to the good sized family bathroom which was renovated in 2018 with loo, sink and shower over the bath. The master bedroom (unusually) has an en-suite bathroom which was fitted in 2017. The master bedroom looks out over the street but then onto the Peace Park. On the same floor is another double bedroom with views across the neighbourhood and out to the hills. On the top floor is a huge bedroom. Parking is on the street. There is a library and gym at the end of the road along with local shops, the big Tesco's is a 6-minute walk away. The house has gas central heating throughout (the boiler is 3 years old). The front door is painted green (so you can see it on the ad). Apologies that the photos are incomplete and done before the deep clean!
