The month advance deposit/bone will be legally placed with a secure and separate agency and will be released back to the tenant in accordance with bond requirements being met.
Tenancy:
Long term only, renewable lease but minimum 12 months initially.  One months rental required on day of handover of property.  Tenant will be required to furnish me with a reference from a previous landlord/business reference etc

Show property furnished but the rental is for unfurnished.  There is a new dishwasher which does not form part of the inventory although tenants can use it.  A new electric oven and a gas hob is also in situ.  There is space for a fridge freezer and washing machine which is not included in the rental package.  Since these photos were taken a new composite front door has been fitted.
