Available now! I have two large single rooms for rent. South east facing-plenty of sunlight warm and airy, facing the garden. Fully furnished bedrooms, ready to just move in! We welcome long or short stay lodges. The house is friendly and everyone respect someones' privacy. This is a quiet household as everyone is working. I am looking for someone who can be respectful and courteous towards the house and housemates. My house is clean and quiet as everyone works, so there is no noise between 10 pm and 7 am. and will be a good home for the hard-working professional. It is a relaxed environment and anybody moving in will be made to feel at home and very welcome. No smoking in the house, smoking in the garden is allowed.
The room is within 10 min from Sheerness town centre, train station, leisure centre, pool, boating, pubs, lake/sea fishing coastal.
All rooms have door locks, with good furniture: big wardrobe, mirror, coffee table, TV, and fast fibre unlimited Wi-Fi, kettle in some rooms. All bills included. Single occupancy only. Unsociable hours are welcome.
