Room in a Shared House, Seven Kings, IG3

We are looking for a pleasant, reliable tenant/s for our spare double bedroom on the first floor. The room is fully furnished with a brand new double bed, double wardrobes, desk, side table and a large window, giving plenty of light.

We will also connect a small 14" TV in the room for you. The wifi will also be included.

The bathroom is across the small corridor on the first floor with very easy access.

Transport links are fantastic where we are. The walk to Seven Kings rail station is a maximum of 5 minutes, various bus routes to Romford and Stratford etc. within a few minutes walking distance at the top of the road. Newbury park tube station is also within walking distance.

Currently, our family (Sri Lankan Tamil) live at the property; consisting of my parents (both 68) as my brother and sister-in-law will be moving out soon. With only an older couple, the house will be quiet.

We are looking for polite, professional and courteous people for the spare room.

All bills included, fast fibre optic broadband. Short term lets considered but minimum term required for 6 months.
