Parking: Off road parking, enough for 2-3 cars, depending on size.
Bedrooms: Large, comfortable double bed, desk and chair to do work as necessary, wardrobe for clothes, Bedding and spare bedding can be provided. Lock on each bedroom door.
Bathroom: Shared bathroom upstairs with a great shower, combi boiler so water is always hot. BATHROOM IS GOING TO BE FULLY RENOVATED PRIOR TO THIS TENANCY STARTING
Kitchen: All appliances provided, 2 fridges, large freezer, cooker/oven, toaster, kettle. Basic kitchen utensils such as cutlery and crockery can also be provided. Allocated cupboard space for each lodger.
Bills: All included. This includes virgin tv, broadband, gas, electric and water (I, the landlord, may need to come every 1-3 months to take meter readings depending on which provider we are with).
Decor of house is a little dated (see pictures) but has been kept clean and to a fantastic standard. I (the landlord) have lived there for the past 6 years whilst renting to lodgers so upkeep has been maintained.
Bathroom is being gutted and redone so it will differ to what you see when potentially viewing.
I (the landlord) live not too far away, if there are any breakages/leaks/problems I will always just be a text away and try and come to the property ASAP.
Buildings insurance on the house but for any personal possessions insurance I advise you take out your own.
