Room 3 - Immediately available. Suitable for couples. Very large double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, double bed, sink, mirror and lots of storage space. There is good light because of the large windows, and the room is right next to a bathroom which you share with only one other bedroom. The room looks out over the garden area and is very quiet.
Room 5 - Immediately available. Suitable for couples. Very large double room newly re-carpeted and new furniture & blind. The room is out of the way at the back of the house on the 2nd floor so it doesn't share walls with any other bedroom. It is therefore lovely and quiet. It has high ceilings, a large window that lets in a lot of light, nice views and a lock on the door for added peace of mind. Double bed with semi-orthopedic mattress & mattress protector, large fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed-side tables, extra fitted cupboard space, fridge, sink and mirror.

Ages vary but all tenants are over 25 years old and working locally. All tenants are thoroughly screened, friendly and respectful, There is a fair amount of socialising in the house but on the whole, people keep themselves to themselves.
