Room in a Shared Flat, Albion Road, YO11

I am looking for either a female - professional/working person-student to move in. I have a double ensuite bedroom fully furnished with tv, dressing table, mirrors, tall set of draws, bedside cabinet and wardrobe. The bed is an ottoman bed so also has plenty of storage underneath. The lounge area will be shared. There is full use of the kitchen. The washing machine and tumble dryer may also be used however the tenant must provide there own detergent. All bills are included in the rent. There is also wifi and netflix again included in the rent, I am looking for a tidy, trustworthy flat mate. I am a 10minute walking distance from the university and the town centre. There's a sainsburys local and some convienience stores just around the corner along with several takeaways a post office and cafes. There is onstreet parking available and you can also apply for a parking permit via the council. I currently have a tenant however they will be moving out middle of August so the room is available from the 1st september.
