A 6bed room & 5bed room furnished Victorian house currently available Post code M7 (new Broughton regeneration area ). The house is situated opposite a park & only 1mile from Manchester City center & walking distance from Salford university. Cheaper Rent option available.

I am looking for a group of 5/6 students or working people for the house. If you are a single person then you will be the first person to move in. I am looking for a friendly, mature, clean /tidy , responsible caring person who will look after the house & organise every things feel & respect the place as his/her home rather than a temporary place. Please do not reply if you don't have secure job or cant proof financial stability as bank statements must require before move in, also you must commit to stay at least 3 months or more, you must proof of your earnings or proof of study , you must provide checkable references. Please do not reply if you have any previous or current criminal convictions in the UK or in your native country as this will be checked, also if you have bad credit history or county court judgement against you then you must inform before move in. I am sorry to inform I am not going to offer my properties to anyone who is not a clean tidy person , rude, un co operative , drug addiction , smokers , aggressive behaviour , selfish , hypocrite bad manner person . Please note that this is a shared house renting so if you can't adjust or compromise things or if you don't know what share house means then please do not waste any of our time
