The doublebedroom is large enough for a king-size bed.  

The apartment is part-furnished,licensed for single occupation only per HMO regulations and is available torent in a great location in Sale town centre. This is high qualityaccommodation in a lovely area. The apartment holder is entitled to enjoy thelarge communal space and garden with the other house guests.

The larger communal areaconsists of a kitchen and large living room. There is a separate utility space withthe option of using the washing machine & tumble dryer.

All bills (such as Gas,electric and Council tax & water rates) are included with the monthlyrental charge of £625 (£144.24/week).
