The house also has a tiled bathroom, a downstairs w.c, double glazing and wooden weatherboarding and is carpeted throughout.

There is also a small area of garden to the front with a central path to the front door. A driveway and carport to the side provide off-road parking for several vehicles. The rear has both areas of paved terrace with steps leading up to a raised area of garden.

I am a very easy going and clean and tidy person and require the same from any house mate.
