The room measures over 15sqm in size and come with comfy orthopaedic mattress, fitted wardrobes, bedside table, desk, and your own private spacious bathroom. The room is for single occupancy only - sorry no couples.

LARGE LOUNGE with comfortable sofas, 40in smart TV with Netflix HD subscription, DVD, and dining table to relax in, while there is a courtyard garden to enjoy barbecues in the sun.

FULLY FITTED KITCHEN with double oven, electric hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Also included is a Nespresso coffee machine, and all cutlery and utensils for you budding masterchefs!

SUPERFAST WIFI BROADBAND via BT Infinity fibre available throughout the house with speeds up to 75Mbps, and all utility bills and council tax are included in the monthly rent. There is also a weekly cleaner to keep the house in great condition!

GREAT LOCATION right at the heart of Rushden Town centre with a Tesco Express just a minutes walk, and the High Street is full of all your favourite shops (ASDA, all the major banks, Lidl, Greggs, Wilkos etc.) only 2 minutes away. Behind the house is the lovely Rushden Hall Park to give you that fresh country feel.

AMPLE PARKING with 2 dedicated off-street bays right outside the house, and a large free carpark just 20 second walk down the road.
