A reservation fee of £150.00 will apply. Reservation or Holding fees are used to hold the tenancy open for you. If you fail the reference checks, then they will be refunded to you. If you proceed, they will be credited against (they will reduce) your first month’s rent. If you choose not to proceed the fees are forfeit.
The Deposit is held for you under the Deposit Protection Scheme and may be fully or partially refunded to you at the end of your tenancy depending on the condition of the property and it’s contents or any outstanding payments.
After passing reference checks the following is payable:
- Deposit as stated which is registered with My Deposits
- First month rent in advance
- Rental payments are payable on 1st of every month.
