The double en-suites are priced at £800 pm and the double room is priced at £700 pm.
THE BEDROOMS:
All rooms are fully furnished containing a double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe, desk, chair, 32'' smart TV, bedside table and a beside lamp. In the en-suite bathroom there is a shower, toilet, sink and mirror. There is also super-fast 200MB WI-FI available in rooms and throughout the property. Every room contains a hard-wired point for internet too.

COMMUNAL AREAS:
There is a spacious kitchen fully equipped with two double oven cookers, two fridge-freezers, plenty of cupboard space and washing machines and tumble dryers. Also included in the kitchen are all utensils, pots, pans, cutlery etc.
The lounge is located in the old cellar of the house. It contains a large sofa and bean bags with a smart TV.
The shared bathrooms are shared between 1-3 people.

There is a weekly communal cleaner and bath matt and tea towel replacement service. We also have a 24 hour call out maintenance team.
