Looking for new tenants to rent our converted mill, set in beautiful gardens, with woodland behind. Situated in a secluded location, but minutes drive to the main A40 roads, and onward access to Gloucester, Hereford, Cheltenham, Newport, Cardiff and Bristol. Our local village of Whichurch is a 3 min drive, and has a local shop, cafe, pub, retaurant, and an outstanding primary school etc. The towns of Monmouth and Ross-on-Wye are a short drive away, for all other shopping needs, and great secondary schools. In addition, the river Wye is very close, for water activities and riverside pubs, and there are many good walks in the area, with the Brecon mountains within easy reach. 

The house offers 4/5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, 2/3 lounges (1/2 down & one up), cloakroom, large conservatory, and entertaining space outside. Heating and hot water is fueled by a wood pellet Biomass boiler, and we have Solar installed too. There are 2 log burners and an open fire in the house too, with plenty of logs available from the woods. The house stays warm in winter, given the thick walls and triple glazed windows, and cool in summer. There is ample parking for multiple cars.

Please note that the kitchen has been updated since the photos were taken, and now has a 110cm electric range cooker, in addition to the Aga, plus new worktops.

We are happy to have tenants with dogs, and are flexible re furnishings. Would also consider shorter term, depending on circumstances, but may incur a higher rental amount.

Please note that there is a 1 bed converted Barn on the property which is rented out on a long term basis. The current tenants are very amiable, both working, and do not use the gardens, just a small seating area, and the woodland behind.
