The house is in a conservation area situated on the River Mersey in a historic Victorian park. The house and its neighbouring houses own the river esplanade and this makes for a wonderful walk along the river. I have a large decking area which is great for barbecues that is 10 ft away from the river edge. Wonderful fresh air that is free of charge. :) The house is in a very quiet area.
I have double rooms overlooking the river and the park available. The house is fully furnished in a style reflecting the age of the house 1840. It even has running water and electricity and many other mod cons including one of those washing machine things to do your laundry. The house has gas central heating. The bedrooms are large and fully beautifully furnished. There are 2 bathrooms one with a bath and the other is a wet room with shower. There is a large kitchen that you can eat in (as long as you bring your own food) and a stunning separate dining room complete with grand piano that you are welcome to play as long as you know at least Three Blind Mice. The dining room looks out onto the river. A beautiful drawing room which has stunning river views. This a no-smoking house and I expect that to be respected as this is my home in the UK but you may smoke outside as long as you clear away all those horrid little stubby things. There is a pretty reading room and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer etc. There is parking on driveway or on the road as it is a private road. Professionals only. Mature adults only. ALL BILLS INCLUDED. (council tax, water, electric, gas, high speed WIFI and sky tv)

No pets allowed I am afraid as I have cats at this house and if you do not like cats then do not apply. The cats are a deal breaker as this is mine and their home.
