There is a gp surgery in the village and a minor injuries unit in both st Austell and Bodmin.
The north coast at Newquay is easily accessible and the south coast at mevagissey and Pentewan.
The Eden Project is only a couple of miles away, as is Heligan Gardens.
The main hospital is in Truro - Treliske.
Secondary schools are in St Austell, Bodmin and St Stephens and in Newquay.
The cottage has private off road parking for two cars plus a good size rear garden and small front garden.
The cottage is approached from the road through the small front garden. The front door leads into a hallway and thence into the sitting room which has a wood fired stove. behind this room is the kitchen/diner with ample storage, then into a small utility area and into the bathroom. The rear yard, parking space and rear garden are all accessed from the utility room.
Upstairs are three bedrooms.
Heating is by night storage heaters and the solid fuel stove in the sitting room.
