A beautiful narrowboat home, entirely to yourself (unless you're a couple) away from the hustle and bustle, moored between the boundary of Royal Botanic Gardens Kew and a tidal Thames island nature reserve.

The space is cleverly laid out into separate living areas. Plumbed in with a flushing loo, plugged into mains electricity, and with plenty of hot water for the small shower / bath. On cooler nights, you may choose to light a log fire and look out at the moonlight on the water.

This is a tidal mooring, so the boat can sometimes rest at an angle when the tide is completely out. This happens less frequently recently with rising Thames water levels, but is all part of the unique experience of living on the Thames. On high tides, keep an eye out for the family of seals that live in the tidal waters. You might also spot birds of prey that nest in the tower on the opposite side of the river, several herons, swans, ducks, geese and rare river birds.
