There is a shared kitchen with space for more than 1 cupboard per person, 1 drawers per person and an American fridge freezer with 7 shelves in the fridge and the freezer so 1 per person in each amd extra to spare.

We are available for viewings all week and move ins are available straight away.

There is 1 months rent payable in advance and 1 month deposit which will be registered and held with the TDS. All tenants will he given a tenancy agreement.

There is a weekly cleaner who will maintain the grass in summer months and will clean all communal areas, tenants are expected to keep rooms and communal areas clean and tidy also. There is a hoover mop and bucket In the kitchen for use by all tenants.
