No agencies are involved, therefore there are no agency charges, contract charges or inventory charges. There may be a small fee from a third party for referencing services.
Standard tenancies are for 6 months at £550 per calendar month. However I am open to very short lets (weeks/months) if required by a tenant, though this may be charged at a slightly higher rate, depending on the length of stay required. Please telephone me to discuss.
