THE HOUSE

This boutique house is on a quiet road in prime central Reading, with the river Thames, Reading Station, Reading town centre and Caversham town centre just footsteps away.

We keep the house feeling like a home by only taking 4 tenants maximum, so you will only ever be sharing with three other people and can make yourself at home.

The house is minutes from local shops, an eight-minute walk to Reading Town Centre and The Oracle, and footsteps from the River Thames. The house is also just a short walk from Caversham and its cosy coffee shops, restaurants, and Waitrose.

The lounge is furnished with contemporary fabric sofas, 40-inch Samsung HD SMART TV, and a Virgin TV package.

In the modern kitchen, there is plenty of storage, large fridge/freezer, lots of cupboard space, and a large four-burner gas hob and separate oven and built in microwave for all your cooking needs. All appliances are high-end Bosch, giving premium performance. The kitchen also features a dining area for meals at home with friends or housemates.

No need to worry about buying lots of small items for the kitchen, either, as it comes fully equipped with all the essential utensils, professional pan set, knife set and crockery and a toaster, microwave, and kettle.

There's a low-maintenance garden at the rear with patio area. The garden is maintained by a dedicated landscape team.

We only take full-time working professionals, and work with our tenants to create the perfect lifestyle homes. We're sure you'll want to extend your tenancy after six months, and if you do extend, we don't charge any renewal fees!
