Life is too short for boring housemates!!!

If you work in the City or near the QE/Uni but like a life away from the madness, then choose the cool option! The house is in a quiet, safe residential area in one of Birmingham's 'City Villages'. It has been recently refurbished in a modern and contemporary style and has everything you could want within 5 minutes walk.

This is not a stark, cold room....it's lovely and full of useful things for you! Double bed (obviously!), bedside cabinet, large wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bookcase, bedside lamp, picture shelf, desk, chair, WIFI, hard wired internet, TV point, USB charging points, mirror, even a hat and coat stand, and a fab ensuite with bathroom cabinet.

Super, large kitchen/dining/lounge is fully kitted out (right down to the pizza cutter!). Add a 48” Smart TV (just logon with your Netflix account), a sofa, a glass or two of something nice and you are set for the evening.

Other stuff that is a given from us is weekly cleaners, gardener, off street parking, nearby (and we mean nearby...3-5 mins walk!) Asda, Starbucks, a gym, cinema, pubs. Bills are included for Broadband/WiFi, utility bills, gardener, council tax.

We are wife and husband, dedicated professional landlords. This is our day job!!!! We don't use agents, you deal directly with us.

By the way, if you can't get to see us we can Skype you and take you round the house, it's a bit peculiar (in a good way) but fun!
