Life is weirdly busy even under the Tier system and you don’t need low grade hassle. We want you chat to your housemates about your day at work (homeworking most likely!), about summer holidays (next year hopefully!) and the weekend ahead ....... not arguing about the mess in the kitchen or the cucumber in fridge 🥒 which is nearer to a sea slug than a salad item!
So we haven't written a long list that starts 'Bed 🛏 .....' ! You can see that in the photos, you can see we go the extra distance. We want you to know that we care about our housemates and try to make our houses somewhere that are good, fun places and hassle free, the best houseshares in Birmingham?
SO WHY ARE WE DIFFERENT? 🏡
Because we are a small team who care. There are no agencies it's just us! Jackie and Liz do the viewings, Simon the maintenance and paperwork, Dave the gardening and most importantly Helen our amazing cleaner!
So Helen cleans the kitchens weekly and that isn’t just a light dust, the fridges and ovens are wiped down so they look and smell fresh. Have you ever looked in a fridge when on a viewing?…. try it! In non Covid times Helen will bring clean tea towels, freshly laundered hand towels, but for now she just brings new j-cloths, bin bags, dishwasher tablets, bleach, scourers, anti bac spray, you name it she brings it! Why? Because kitchens are the biggest source of grumbles among housesharers so we are trying to make your life easier, more pleasant, more chilled (you still have to load and unload the dishwasher though 😊 😊 😊).
