Hi,

I’m sadly leaving this great flat and awesome housemates! The guys are great friends and we regularly cook/eat together, have a couple beers whilst watching movies etc; so hoping to find someone that's sociable.

You’ll be sharing with two other new housemates Ben (30), an estate agent and Will (27), a graphic designer.

NEW HOUSEMATE
You’ll be a professional (Male or female) who wants to share a home and be a part of a sociable household. We’re not a mad party house as we all work hard during the week but open to a drink every now and again.

THE FLAT

• Walking distance to Barnes station. 5mins bus to Putney Station (Tube) – Bus stop less than 30 seconds from flat.

• The flat has a brilliant split layout with 2 bedrooms downstairs (Ben & Will) with the living room being up a level then this (your) room being up a further level. This admittedly “odd” layout makes it a perfect houseshare as there’s no shared walls and perfect for quiet nights to yourself and ultimately privacy. – I’ve attached the floorplan which is hopefully better at explaining the layout than me!

• Beautiful high ceilings with floor huge sliding doors out to a large balcony perfect for summer BBQs.

• Shared living room with large corner sofas, breakfast bar, coffee table and 65” Smart TV.

• All crockery, cutlery etc less than 6 months old.

• Modern family bathroom; shared by the current housemates, you obviously will have the en-suite to yourself!

• If you’re a gym go-er there’s a great gym that’s walking distance from the flat that the other guys go to regularly.

THE ROOM
• HUGE double room (Even with a King size bed there is a tonne of space in the room.)

• Bright and airy room with Floor to ceiling windows looking out to private balcony

• King size 2000 Pocket spring mattress and leather bed frame.

• 2 x Black side bedside tables

• 3 x Double built in wardrobes with shelving (There is so much storage space here!)

• Black Glass TV stand (big enough for 55” TV)

Room is furnished/unfurnished – Just let me know what you want or don’t want and I’ll remove.

PRIVATE BALCONY

• Balcony spans the length of the room, you are not overlooked by other properties, a very private space to sit out and enjoy the summer nights.

• More than enough space for a table and chairs and even a BBQ if you’re so inclined…although there is one on the main balcony off the living room.

BILLS

Bills are approximately £65 per month inclusive of Virgin Broadband.
