We have one room available in our family house.
The first floor bedroom shares a bathroom on the ground floor with one other person.
Shared living areas on the ground floor include kitchen and utility room. Includes use of all kitchen equipment and facilities eg, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is space for keeping belongings securely eg, bicycle.
There is a separate front door and side garden.
There is free and safe, off road parking.
We are located close (1 minute walk) to main bus route into Edinburgh.
Railway station 10 minute walk away. Direct train (15mins) to Edinburgh Waverley Station.
Local food shops include Coop (1 minute walk) and Lidl (8 minute walk).
Public library (4 minute walk). Public house serving cooked meals (5 minute walk). Various takeaway restaurants within 1-5 minute walk).
Sports Centre including Gym and 25 metre Swimming Pool (10 minute walk).
Queen Margaret University (Musselburgh) is 20 minutes away, either by bus or train (including the walk to the train station).
We live on the Firth of Forth with beautiful coastal walks into Edinburgh and out into rural East Lothian.
