There are two shared shower rooms with Wash basin and WC between six plus an extra WC on the ground floor.

The kitchen is positioned at the back of the house, through the cosy yet spacious lounge which features a huge sofa you will actually find it hard to walk past, and a TV!

Within the kitchen you will find a large American Fridge Freezer and a large range cooker as well as Washing machine and separate dryer.
We've provided the kitchen essentials (crockery, pans, cutlery, cups, glasses etc) and there is lots of kitchen cupboard space too for your food.

Outside is a yard with an outdoor table and chairs for the better weather!

All bills are included, WIFI, Council Tax and utilities.
Parking is available without the need for a permit
The Train Station and Preston town centre are ten minutes walk.
