We also supply a tumble dryer and extra freezer. Outside the back door there is a large bike shelter and pretty garden. The house is in the heart of the student area, close to all amenities including Fawcett Road shops and is just 30 seconds from the Uni bus (our current tenants claim) or a brisk 15 minute walk to the Uni buildings. Orchard Road is also just a few minutes walk from Fratton Station for easy journeys back home.
