Here is a brand-new, beautifully refurbished house in North End Portsmouth, PO2 9EL. The house is finished to a high standard of accommodation, with high quality furniture and fittings. The house has a very large kitchen, dining and sitting area with TV with a pleasant garden out the back, on street parking available.

The rooms are all doubles, mainly large and with an ensuite bathroom apart from Room 3 which uses the main bathroom next door. Storage space has been maximised for you - ottoman beds, capacious wardrobes, book cases and chests of drawers hold your possessions and we have also provided, of course, a decent desk, chair and lamp.

We can offer you a comfortable, relaxing home filled with pleasant, considerate, mature, professional working people.

All the utility bills, council tax, high speed Wifi broadband, together with cleaning and gardening services are included in the rent. No administrative headaches – we do it all for you.

Reservation Fee of £150.00 which will count towards your first month's rent if we like each other and go ahead with the tenancy.  If we decide not to offer you a tenancy, we will, of course, return your reservation fee.   £20 referencing fee.
