We have a lovely very large, freshly decorated double bedroom to rent in Northend/Hillsea. We are looking for a professional, respectful, quiet tidy male. You will have access to the bedroom, bathroom & kitchen (not house-share)
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed (brand new mattress), Large wardrobe, double chest of draws & a brand new 43" Fire TV.
There is also a Virgin Media Tivo box in the room with high speed internet.
Myself & my wife live in the house & our son comes home occasionally to stay for a couple of day's.
You will have sole use of the brand new bathroom when he is not here, which is most of the time.
You will have access to the kitchen with your own storage space & brand new kitchenware.
There is a fridge (for your sole use) & a freezer in the conservatory which you will also have space in.
